Granbell was conveniently located close to 24-hour restaurants and convenience stores. The modern design and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay. The walk to Shinjuku station is easily manageable and there are Korean food options nearby. The mirror never fogs up and the bath products were nice. I recommend this hotel.

The cafe in the lobby was great and had a cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect spot for a quick bite or a cup of coffee. The bar upstairs was also a highlight, offering a variety of drinks and a nice view. the hotel had washing machines and vending machines for snacks, which was convenient.
The location of the hotel was not ideal. It was situated in a district that was primarily known for love hotels, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable, especially for a romantic escape.

I had a delightful stay in this place, surrounded by many restaurants around to choose from. Its location here is so polarizing that it is easy to access with transportation, especially within very easy walking distance of train stations. The service is terrific; staff members were able to assist with our luggage forwarding forms and buying baseball tickets. Moreover, the establishment has room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi in rooms.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation.

The hotel is conveniently close to train and subway stations, making it easy to navigate the city and explore nearby restaurants.
