Shinjuku Granbell Hotel Tokyo

I chose this hotel for attending an annual general meeting. The range of room options makes it a very popular accommodation option among leisure and business travelers. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and convenient.

The only service I missed for my work was a more reliable and faster internet connection.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, which is rare in Japan. They speak English very well and made my stay much more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Granbell was conveniently located close to 24-hour restaurants and convenience stores. The modern design and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay. The walk to Shinjuku station is easily manageable and there are Korean food options nearby. The mirror never fogs up and the bath products were nice. I recommend this hotel.

The cafe in the lobby was great and had a cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect spot for a quick bite or a cup of coffee. The bar upstairs was also a highlight, with drinks and a nice view. the hotel had washing machines and vending machines for snacks, convenient.

The location of the hotel was not ideal. It was situated in a district that was primarily known for love hotels, feel a bit uncomfortable, especially for a romantic escape.

Convenient location for exploring Shinjuku, with good transport links. Room size was decent with comfortable bed and bathroom. Helpful staff and emergency toiletries available. Nice rooftop bar with city view.

I had a delightful stay in this place, surrounded by many restaurants around to choose from. Its location here is so polarizing that it is easy to access with transportation, especially within very easy walking distance of train stations. The service is terrific; staff members were able to assist with our luggage forwarding forms and buying baseball tickets. Moreover, the establishment has room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi in rooms.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation.

The room and bathroom were satisfactory and clean, with comfortable beds and pleasant amenities provided by the staff. The breakfast offered a variety of Asian and Western options. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs.

The surrounding area may not be suitable for families with children.
